Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  2. Micro-pulverize Phase A through a 0.02 inch screen two times. Return to PK Blender.
  3. Spray Phase B into Phase A and mix for 15 minutes using an intensifier bar.
  4. Scrape walls of PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  5. Spray Phase C into Phase AB and mix for 15 minutes using an intensifier bar.
  6. Scrape walls of PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  7. Micro-pulverize batch through 0.25" screen once after shade matching.
