Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a homogenizer. Heat to 80-85°C and mix for 15-20 minutes.
- Add each ingredient of Phase B sequentially to Phase A. Mix well until each addition is completely dispersed.
- Cool batch to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
