Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with marine type propeller.
  2. Mix well until Natrosol 250 HHR and Ultrez 10 are dispersed.
  3. Shade match to standard with Phase B.
  4. Heat to 65⁰C. Mix for 10-15 minutes until uniform.
  5. Cool to 50⁰C with side sweep agitaion. Then, add in Phase C to the main kettle.
  6. Continue cooling to room temperature.

Note: Leave-on mask application.
