Procedure
- Combine Phase A and heat to 75-80°C until all the solids are dissolved.
- Combine Phase B and heat to 65-70°C and mixed until uniform.
- Add Phase A into B while mixing at 3500 rpm. Continue to mix for 5-10 minutes.
- Add Phase C at 65°C and mixed for 5-10 minutes.
- Cool down to 45°C and then add Phase D. Continue to mix until uniform.
- Cool to room temperature with side sweep mixer.
