Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A and heat at 70-75°C until all solids are dissolved.
  2. Combine Phase B in a main kettle and mix until uniform. Add Phase A into the main kettle while mixing.
  3. Combine Phase C in support kettle I and heat to 70-75°C until all solids are dissolved. Sprinkle in Phase D while mixing under homogenizer.
  4. Combine Phase E in support kettle II and mix until all the solids are dissolved. Add Phase E into support kettle I and mix until the mixture turns into a uniform paste, then add into the main kettle and homogenize the batch.
  5. Add Phase F (pre-milled) into the main kettle and homogenize until the color is fully developed.
