Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Sprinkle in Veegum HV with mixing. Heat to 75-80°C.
Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 75-80°C.
Micro-pulverize Phase C. Add to Phase B.
When at proper temperature, add Phase A to Phase BC. Mix for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
