  1. Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Heat to 75-80°C.
  2. Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 85-90°C.
  3. When both Phase A and Phase B are at proper temperature, add Phase A into Phase B. Mix for 15-20 minutes at 85-90°C.
  4. Cool batch to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
