Procedure
- Predisperse QSC and Ultrez 10 in water in main kettle equipped with marine type propeller.
- Add the remaining ingredients in Phase A into the main kettle.
- Add Phase B to Phase A. Mix until dispersed.
- Heat Phase AB to 75-80⁰C. Mix until uniform.
- Add Phase C to Phase AB. Mix until until uniform.
- Switch to side sweep agitation, and cool to 50⁰C. Then add in Phase D to Phase ABC.
- Cool to room temperature with side sweep agitation
Note: Peel-off mask application. Please apply even layer to skin and wait 15-20 minutes until dry. Then peel off.
