Procedure
- Sequentially add Phase A to the main kettle equipped with propeller. Mix until uniform after each addition.
- Adjust pH with Lactic Acid to 4.5-5.5.
Note: Leave on multi-functional hair treatment, conditions hair, reduces frizz and improves combing and drying. Apply a quarter size amount to damp or dry hair.
