Procedure
- Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with a 3-prong mixer. Heat to 80-85°C. Mix until uniform.
- Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Heat to 80-85°C. Mix well.
- When both Phase A and Phase B are at proper temperature, add Phase A to Phase B. Mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
- Cool batch to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
- Add Phase C and mix until homogenous.
