Procedure

  1. In a side kettle, weigh Phase A equipped with marine type propeller. Sprinkle in Phase B, mix until dispersed. Heat to 75⁰C.
  2. In the main kettle, weigh Phase C equipped with marine type propeller. Heat to 75⁰C
  3. Micro-pulverize Phase D. Add to Phase C.
  4. When both Phase AB and Phase CD are at proper temperature, add Phase AB to CD. Mix for 15 minutes.
  5. Switch to side sweep, add Phase E to main kettle. Cool to room temperature.
