Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a 3 prong blade.
  2. Sprinkle Phase B into Phase A while mixing. Heat to 80-85°C until uniform.
  3. Cool Phase AB to room temperature.
  4. Weigh Phase C in the main kettle equipped with a marine type propeller.
  5. Add Phase AB to Phase C and mix until homogenous.
