Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in the main kettle and homogenize until uniform.
  2. Add Phase B to main kettle in the order shown while mixing. Allow each powder to fully disperse/develop between each addition. Mix until uniform.
  3. Using a PK Blender, micro-pulverize Phase C until color fully develops. Add Phase C to the main kettle while mixing. Mix until uniform.
  4. Add Phase D to the main kettle while mixing. Mix until uniform.
  5. Add Phase E to the main kettle while mixing. Mix until uniform.
  6. Add Phase F to the main kettle while mixing. Mix until uniform.
