  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a homogenizer.
  2. Sprinkle Phase B to Phase A while mixing. Heat to 80-85°C and mix well.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Heat to 80-85°C and mix well.
  4. When both Phase AB and Phase C are at proper temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB under the homogenizer. Mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
  5. Cool batch to 50°C using side sweep agitation.
  6. At 50°C, force cool batch to room temperature under side sweep agitation.
