  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer and heat to 75-80°C. Mix until uniform. Be extremely careful of foaming.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and heat until 60-65°C. Until all is dissolved.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle and heat to 75-80°C. Add Phase B to Phase C.
  4. Once at proper temperature, add Phase BC to Phase A. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add Phase D. Mix for 5 minutes.
  6. Cool to 50°C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase E.
  7. Cool to room temperature.
