Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a homogenizer. Mix well.
- Weigh Phase B in a side kettle equipped with a propeller blade. Heat to 65-70C and mix until clear.
- Add Phase B to Phase A under the homogenizer and mix well.
- Weigh Phase C in a side kettle equipped with a propeller. Mix well and add to Phase AB slowly under the homogenizer.
- Add Phase D to Phase ABC and mix well.
- Add Phase E to Phase ABCD under the homogenizer and mix until uniform.
