Procedure
- Combine Phase A in the main kettle and mix until uniform..
- Combine Phase B in a side kettle and mix until uniform. Add to main kettle while mixing and continue mixing until uniform.
- Dissolve DHA in Phase C in a second side kettle but heating to 50-60°C and add to main kettle. Mix until uniform. Add Phase D and mix until uniform.
- If necessary, adjust pH to 4.0-5.0 using Citric Acid in Phase E; if not necessary Q.S. with water.
