Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 80-85⁰ C and mix until uniform.
  2. Weigh Phase A in the side kettle. Heat to 70-75⁰ C and mix well.
  3. Once at the temperature add Phase A to the main kettle and mix until uniform.
  4. Add Phase C and mix until uniform.
  5. Switch to side sweep agitation and cool down to room temperature.
