Procedure
- Combine Phase A in the main kettle and heat to 40-45˚C. Homogenize until uniform.
- Combine Phase B and heat to 40-45˚C. Mix until uniform.
- Combine Phase C and micro-pulverize.
- Add Phase B into the main kettle while homogenizing. Continue to homogenize for 5 minutes.
- Add Phase C into the main kettle while homogenizing. Continue to homogenize for 10 minutes.
- Combine Phase D in the support kettle and heat to 40-45˚C. Mix until uniform.
- Add Phase D into the main kettle while homogenizing. Continue to homogenize for 10-15 minutes.
