Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in a main kettle under a marine type propeller and heat to 100°C. Mix until uniform.
  2. Weigh Phase B in PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  3. Micro-pulverize Phase B through a 0.01 inch screen two times.
  4. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 95-100°C.
  5. Pour samples at 90°C.
