Procedure
- Combine Phase A in the main kettle and homogenize at 70-75⁰ C until uniform.
- Combine Phase B in a side kettle and mix at 70-75⁰ C until uniform.
- Add Phase B to Phase A while homogenizing. Mix until uniform.
- Cool batch with side sweep to 30-40⁰ C and add Phase C. Mix until uniform.
- Add Phase D and mix until uniform.
