  1. In the Main kettle equipped with a propellor mixer, add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer while mixing. Mix slowly until uniform, then add phase B and continue mixing slowly.
  2. In a side kettle, heat Phase C to 70-75 ⁰C and mix until uniform. When at temperature, add to Phase AB
  3. Premix Phase D in a side kettle until uniform. When uniform, add to Phase ABC and mix for 10 minutes. Then cool to room temperature with side sweep agitation.
  4. When at room temperature, add Phase E to the main kettle and mix until uniform.
  5. Add Phase F to the main kettle and mix until uniform.
