Procedure
- Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 90-95⁰C and mix until uniform.
- Add Phase D to the main kettle and mix until uniform.
- Micro-pulverize Phase D and add to the main kettle. Mix until uniform.
- Weigh Phase A in the side kettle. Sprinkle in the gum. Heat to 70-75⁰C and mix well.
- Once at the proper temperature add Phase A to the main kettle. Mix for 20 minutes.
- Pour samples at 80-85⁰C.
